Rules and Regulations for Participation
1. For participation in RCCI Achievement Awards for 2023, applications shall be submitted on the prescribed form, the specimen of which has been furnished to all constituents of RCCI.
Each applicant shall submit detailed statement showing Volume/Value of business/export along with the prescribed application form duly filled in for the period 2022-2023, authenticated and verified by the concerned bank(s). The application should be supported by the following Required Documents:-
3. The Award will be given exclusively on the INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE of the company. The Award shall be received by the Chairman, Chief Executive, Proprietor or Director of the recipient Company/Firm, in the 35th RCCI International Achievement Awards Ceremony 2023. Selection of Award Winners will be made by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority of RCCI.
4. If a company applies for more than one award, then RCCI will have the right to consider rejecting or accepting for more than one award.
5. If a company fails to complete all the requirements of the awards, RCCI has the right to reject or accept the company for the award by the approval of competent authority.
6. Once the selection for the award is made or the letter of selection is issued to the company, the selected company is required to deposit the amount as per committee decision within 4 days of letter issuance.
7. The decision of the RCCI with regard to the selection of Award Winner shall be final and binding on all concerned and it shall not be challengeable/contestable in any court of law.
8. RCCI reserves the right to accept or reject any application for Awards without assigning any reason.
9. RCCI reserves the right to demand any further proof regarding the documents submitted in support of the claim of the awards.
10. RCCI reserves the right to make any amendment, alteration or revision in these Rules & Regulations whenever deemed necessary.
